Za projektem Hundred Strong kryje się koleś o nazwie Ben Dubuisson, który macza palce w różnych projektach hiphopowych, triphopowych i okolicznych. Stworzył tu on świetny, jazzujący klimat, do tego zaprosił wokalistów i rapperów: w związku z tym mamy tu takich ludzi, jak Def Harmonic, Lunaversol 9, EV.On, czy Task Force. To bardzo ciepła muzyka, zawierająca świetne sample i aranżacje (funk, ragga, hip hop najczystszej wody), a do tego wokale i rapsy od niezależnych artystów. Jak dla mnie, jest to płyta, do której warto wracać - co niniejszym czynię. Fantastyczna rzecz.
* I must admit that I didn't know a thing about what I was buying. And well, it went out for good! Behind the Hundred Strong project there is a man called Ben Dubuisson, who takes part in many hip hop, trip hop and other projects. He created excellent, jazzy vibe, he invited some vocalists and rappers to that. So we have here Def Harmonic, Lunaversol 9, EV.On and Task Force among others. It is warm music, including great samples and arranges (funk, ragga, hip hop in its purest form), and some vocals from independent artists. As for me, this album is one of those worth coming back to - and I do it frequently. Fantastic album!
