* Tego rappera śledzę już od pierwszego albumu, bo jest to gość, który ma ogromny potencjał. Słychać to wyraźnie na jego szóstej płycie, którą kupiłem niedawno, bo na jakiś czas straciłem Milk'a z radaru. Ale nadrabiam z nawiązką, bo jest co! Produkcyjnie Milk wspiął się na bardzo wysoki poziom - od pięknego truskoolu: jazzującego, funkowego, Black Milk przechodzi do lekko kombinowanych podkładów, które brzmią naprawdę wybornie. Ale rappera słucha się dobrze nie tylko wtedy, kiedy robi muzę, ale również wtedy, gdy chwyta za majka. Zwłaszcza, jak wspomagają go Bun B, Blu, Pete Rock, Guilty Simpson, czy Sean Price. Może te historie nie są mocno ambitne, ale nie ma co narzekać. To świetny album w klimacie Detroit - według mnie, jeżeli nie najlepszy produkt Black Milk'a, to blisko topu.
* I've been following this rapper since his first album, because it is a guy who has some great potential. It is too clear at his sixth album, which has been bought by me just lately, because I lost Milk off the radar for a moment. But I just come up with that, because he's worth it. Production from Milk is top notch - from beautiful tru skool: jazzy, funky, he comes to arranged tracks, that sound really nice. But it is good to listenj him not only when he produces, but also to his bars. Especially, whe he is supported by Bun B, Blu, Pete Rock, Guilty Simpson or Sean Price. Maybe the stories ain't too ambitious, but no need to complain. This is a great album in Detroit vibe - imho, if that's not the best Milk's work, it gotta be pretty close to the top.
